How it works and what it'll cost.
Before starting any new project, Rachel will meet with you to discuss your needs, lifestyle, and ideas. During this initial 1 hour consultation, you and Rachel will decide the most cost effective way to work together. The initial consultation will cost you nothing and if you choose, there will be no further obligation to work with Rachel.

Once the scope of the project has been determined, compensation is typically done through the following two methods:

Retainer fee
Rachel Hagen requires an initial retainer in the amount of $500, $1,000, $5,000 or $10,000 in order for the work to begin. The range of the retainer will be determined by you and Rachel after you discuss the scope of the project. Rachel charges hourly for time. Her rates are currently $30 an hour. You will receive bi-weekly statements keeping you posted on your account balance.

Rachel Hagen will make every effort to find the best selections at the best value to our clients. Purchases are invoiced at our best price plus 15%.
